Molina SunBest Cream Style Sweet Corn 425g

Sunbest Cream Style Corn is an almost soupy version of sweetcorn, but unlike other preparations of sweetcorn, creamed corn is partially puréed, releasing the liquid contents of the kernels. It is used as an ingredient for maja blanca, mais con yelo and other desserts. Corn is a good source of many nutrients including thiamin (vitamin B1), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), folate, dietary fiber, vitamin C, phosphorus and manganese. Corn is also helpful in kidney problems including renal dysfunction.
